2NDNATURE has been awarded three
consecutive SNPLMA Science Research Grants to design, test and implement strategies to standardize stream restoration effectiveness efforts in the Lake Tahoe Basin. The 2NDNATURE framework is a tool for practitioners to communicate the fluvial / ecosystem linkages, define project objectives, and implement a range of standardized observations and ultimately evaluate the restoration effectiveness, including TMDL compliant water quality benefits.
